He brings over 20 years of industry experience supporting a variety of sectors such as Technology, IT, Banking & Financial Services and Call Center clients, helping to improve their workforce productivity.

Madan is a Running Enthusiast, having completed more than 20 Half Marathons. He is working hard toward a time goal of completing a Half Marathon in 1.5 Hours.
