Deepak has also held senior positions with Time Warner in NYC and Asia.

Hans has worked in the e-learning industry for the last 15 years, primarily in sales and project implementation. Most of that time has been spent in global distance education companies serving well-known multinational and local Chinese companies.

Javier Cruz, Regional Manager Mexico and Latin America
Javier Cruz has been in the language acquisition industry for almost 25 years, where he has particularly spent the last 10 years of them helping organizations design and deploy programs to equip their talent with business English skills, cultural training and soft skills. For the last 5 years, he has primarily worked with the corporate sector unfolding SaaS/Cloud based language programs.
Andre Le Fevre, Regional Sales Director, EMEA
André has worked in the e-learning industry for the last 30 years. Mainly in Sales and Sales Management roles for companies such as, Berlitz, GlobalEnglish (now Pearson), and NETg (now Skillsoft). At NETg he worked eight years as Managing Director for the Benelux and Scandinavia and Finland. His speciality is “Consultative Sales” (a selling method in which the salesperson spends time with the customer to understand the problem the customer is trying to solve and then recommends a solution that will specifically address that problem.). His interlocutors are found mostly in Large Multinationals and at Senior Management level.

Prior to joining Ardor Learning, Inc. Joyce worked as National Director of Business Development at Berlitz and Global Account Executive at Pearson English Business Solutions. Working with (Fortune 500) companies to help them gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace through the use of online, on-demand, collaborative, mobile, SaaS business applications and blended learning programs. Joyce specializes in finding the right solution for each client considering their industry and market needs.

Hiroshi Sato, Country Manager, Japan
Hiroshi Sato has worked for the English Online Industry for over 16 years including GlobalEnglish (Now, Pearson English Business) a global pioneer of the industry, and he was the first international sales person at the company. One of his last projects at GlobalEnglish Corp. was as a leader to support Nikkei Inc. to release GlobalEnglish Nikkei edition in 2012 to 2013. He worked for computer software companies for a long time as the general manager and executive. He has experience in providing consultation and sales for enterprise solutions with computer communication software and hardware. He is interested in language acquisition with brain development, mind mapping, AI, network security and Raspberry Pi.
